Mighty Craft is a prominent Australian craft drinks company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), on a mission to empower the craft industry to thrive on a global scale.

As they acquired multiple craft beer, spirits, and RTD beverage businesses, they faced the challenge of consolidating various legacy systems into a unified platform. Additionally, they aimed to establish a state-of-the-art B2B and D2C presence with efficient logistics automation.

What we delivered

Cloud Culture proposed the implementation of NetSuite Manufacturing Standard, which effectively met Mighty Craft's initial requirements with its comprehensive out-of-the-box functionality.

Because we understood the specific challenges faced by the craft industry we were able to tailor the implementation to suit the needs of the business.

Leveraging the NetSuite OneWorld framework, Mighty Craft gained the ability to manage a complex collection of legal entities within a single software instance. The solution provided automated and updated information, enabling scalability and eliminating the need for manual data entry.

During the implementation, we faced the challenge of running the project remotely due to COVID-19 restrictions. By giving open access to our project management platform, we were able to foster transparency and collaboration with the Mighty Craft team, despite the unique circumstances of the project’s delivery.

Through the collaborative effort between Mighty Craft and Cloud Culture, we were able to deploy a functional ERP systemin just three months.
